Eh, it’s pretty different. Tirpitz actually had an air defence battery that was accurate. Better fire control across the board really. Other stuff that I could go into but I’m 90% asleep.
IJN Ise and IJN Hyuga, SMS Bayern and SMS Saschen, Poltava and Kommuna, RN Andrea Doria and RN Duilio, Bretagne and Lorraine
I don’t even talk about numerous case of cruisers and destroyers
technically yes, but its a bit like comparing grape juice to wine, or a caterpillar to butterfly
majority of them where near completed not as much a strectch as the russian one which where empty hulls
H39 is the closest to paper tho
her guns being mounted in turrets
here is the keel of H39 this about as far as they got on the hull
here are her 16 inch gun specs for penentration

lol
Looks indeed its significantly more progessed than Soyuz ever was. Especially the turrets.
Except for turret, no. Only keels laid down, compared to Soyuz that at least made empty hull.
While not a major refit she did differ slightly with AA layout, and the big thing being her torpedo launchers, Bismarck AFAIK was supposed to get those as well but due to delays she was sent out without.
So could be a side grade to Bismarck, wouldn’t surprise me if they made it a premium or event though given Gajin’s contempt for their players.
watch her skin be locked behind gambling cause fair and balanced
