My guesses are 3 options none of which im really happy with tbh
F-16C POBIT
F-15E RMP
F/A-18E block 3 (because gaijin loves copyslop)
Tbh the most interesting aircraft they can add is the F-15EX to level the playing field but again i highly doubt they are gonna do that

This is how we expand each rank. Some aircraft may be on the same BR, but they are in entirely different lines and progression.
Its not all a singular line with only advancing BRs going up and nothing to the sides of that.

why get it tho its pointless you The eurofighter typhoon is top 5 plane at its rank theres no reason to get the F18 unless you like it the EF2K RAFALE and SU30 SM2 all dominate the top rank of BR due to BVR performance theres no point in any other toptier than these just due to the performance gaps
F18E is worse than some 14.0s same with F15C GE F15E is basically americas best toptier plane
and on each line thing planes usually have a Niche to do that they can do the
14.0 F15E can BVR
14.0 F18 LATE can dogfight
unlike america the EF2K for britain can do everything in one airframe
F18F has no role to play other than filler oh and i guess a excuse to give someone else AIM-120Ds
We don’t have any 120Ds the only 120Ds procured would be for the F-35 which are currently not configured for Meteor. (How many they purchased and if they did though I have no idea)
I agree adding the 120D and only giving it to the US tech tree to try and effect some kind of resurgence while denying Meteor and other BVRAAMS and Gaijin wont entertain IIR missiles being used on aircraft.
Is going to make the Typhoons BVR playstyle far less effective.
Unless Gaijin model them like they modelled the 120C and they are crap.
Soon? Nah we have another 12 months of this and if 120D is modelled correctly it will be an OP monster.
Gaijin aren’t ready for IIR missiles or a missile as complex to model as Meteor.
im certain that 120D will just be a C5 with a few seconds more battery time. Gaijin screwed good amraams up once already they probs will again

The F/A-18F was planed to be added well before the AIM-120D was planed so that is just cope

Surprised it isn’t a premium, cool to have but at top tier kinematically it is going to suffer against the likes of the F-15C GE and the SU-30SM2. Rafale yes but not really a BVR jet and the Typhoon is the current BVR jet but we all know how a great missile can make an average jet good.
Depends how they model the 120D

I would agree, but think Gaijin wont make that mistake again…
I do think we are now going to end up in a world with the R-77M coming out with the Su-35/57
and the PL-12 upgraded version while the Aim260 and Meteor are just too complicated to model.
I do wonder how much longer they can refuse the MICAs correct BVR performance?
i fully dont expect anything that isnt either a rafale or russian to get good or fair modelling as far as air goes anymore
