its the same argument the same goes for BAE and rheinmetall, they got the hulls from BAE and licensed them to do whatever they wanted while keeping part of what they sold from the project, at the end challenger 130 wasnt even meant to be sold to anyone but as a tech demonstrator for the rheinmetall 130 mm wich went very well, i can get you on the LEP since it was meant to go to the UK but the vickers MK7 was meant for export too

Well we have the German mains here wanting the Swiss F/A-18. Also the Dutch or Polish or Argie F-16’s. Also I read somewhere about an F-20 that was never made and was a complete mockup.
Also the original German spec for the EF was to have an APG-65 and F404’s.
Yeah and they’re just as wrong for wanting the F18.
Also I’m not Begging for the F-16 or the A-7. I’m looking for an EAP. Or for the Tornado to be added in properly and not half assed with a terrible radar and terrible flight performance.

While the request for the F18 may not be entirely correct, it’s somewhat justified due to the close military relationship between Switzerland and Germany. On the other hand, the request for the Argentinean F-16 is completely valid, as it has been confirmed multiple times by Smin that Argentine vehicles—whether ground, air, or naval—will be included in the German tech tree until further notice.
