There is more than 1, if you include the Packs- the Soviet Hanomag('45), the Skink (Hell), The Ostwind Vest, and Crusader AA (Overlord).
But other than that the reason is because most nations didn’t produce a million and one SPAAG vehicles, not even prototypes, and what little is there we need to have in the Tech Tree so that we can actually counter the already problematic CAS. Making them premium makes it that extra bit more difficult.
why would u want a premium AA tho?
they’re useless most of the time and if u don’t know how to aim or there’s no enemy planes, it’s pretty much just spent money u could have used for something better.
I wouldnt mind premium AAs if it meant one death leavees will have further stuff to build lineup with; on the condition that this doesnt paywayll important AA capability from some TT
Because you can use that to grind up to rank 7, while since you’re using the Gepard, you can simply rush everywhere and probably get a nuke within 5 minutes if you’re good enough. Your APDS belt are very OP so is your APIT shell… You can probably come back with 15K rp and 150K SL every match in RB.
yes? both would have the same gameplay, the only difference would be the final reward.
also what kind of Gepard would u add to the premium TT? it should be a weaker one, and i doubt if there’s some kind of “prototype” of the Gepard, and i hate the idea but probably if Gaijin would actually mind adding a premium Gepard, it would be something like a Leopard 2 AA or smth like Itpsv Leopard.
Na, having a second Ostwind II is pretty great for Germany 5.7 + it was really a bonus with the two Tigers. One of my non-regretful purchases in this game. The pack wasn’t offering me something I didn’t already have (apart from the cosmetic differences), but it bolstered an already stacked lineup.
I’m counting by in game designation alone. While you all are correct, is not classified as that in game and therefore doesn’t reap the reward of a consistently low SP cost. However yes, irl it’s an SPAAG
