I don’t think I understand, isn’t rate of fire the single most important stat you could have to deal with weak spots? If you mess up you can try again faster
both players are ready to fire in the average encounter, so if you shoot at the same time (or even first) and have a 4s reload you’re technically at a disadvantage against a russian tank because your shot has higher odds of bouncing. 4s, 3 or even 2 seconds is usually enough for someone to aim and shoot back, and their shot will definitely pen
and trash bird’s point about pen is moot since the pen advantage of the abrams isn’t enough to get past the UFP i.e. the weak spot size is the same
the chally3 is just sad with its huge breech which allows sharpanel to destroy the turrent crew and lack of survivability (no chassis armor, insta death from shell burndowns) and its speed comparable to a top-tier maus.bad example, t-80 ue and um r better for ur point as examples
the spall liner at the hull front which doesnt even extends its IRL length because it also should be on the LFP.

Its just a challenger 2 with a longer reload realistically, the gun and shell are nice sure, but its a far cry away from being as good or flexible as a 2A7 despite being close in BR (Im not saying the challenger 3 should be 11.3, but BR decompression is needed)
