It does mean a little bit of something, because it means this specific aircraft has or will exist for at least a short period of time in the developers brain, which gives it a chance higher than zero of being added

I was overthinking this because it doesn’t have any self-protection armament (like F-111 and Su-24) , on the other hand…we have F-117 in game and it can be way less impactful in Air RB for example , even in the low rank it is.
So , no practical reason it can’t be in game from a gameplay standpoint.

The VTOL version is indeed the fastest vertical takeoff aircraft in the world. However, it has never received any weapons. I tried to make a suggestion for it a few months ago, but it was immediately rejected.

The Griffon is fun but the Leduc planes are even better in my opinion

This is one of the planes designed by Leduc, these are some early 50s prototypes with ramjets.
They are ugly as hell but they fly and go in theorie pretty fast (for the time)

These look like 1930’s ideas for alien space ships.
The worst thing is that it dates from around this time, the theory for the operation of the engine dates from 1913 and the first test of the engine dates from 1936

Wasn’t it only proposed but never built? iirc the only vtol planes built by France were the Balzac V and the Mirage IIIV
And I’d love to see the latter in the game tbh
don’t you want an other naval update that try to solve naval statu with cool ship rather than a strategic bombing mission rework with real high precision target or industrial site (city perhaps isn’t it dresden) and a lot of very cool strategic bomber like the b52 b2 tu22 tu95 and more?
I’d expect the B-1 rather than the B-2 for now though

So in reality there were more than two prototypes but only two are still visible today at the Bourget Museum (they are the best known models anyway).
First there was the Leduc 010, to be honest I don’t even know how you get into the plane, as for whether flying with it was possible, the plane flew but it seems that it was not a pleasure
Then the Leduc 021 and 022, these two aircraft have a very clear improvement in the cockpit with very good visibility towards the sides (even if towards the front it remains disastrous), these were apparently simpler to fly and were rather good aircraft
It should be noted that with more than 700 flights on Leduc aircraft, there have only been 4 accidents (including one on the ground during re-rolling) and that none of these accidents killed any pilots.
But generally speaking, the most beautiful Leduc aircraft are those that were not built, there were surprising designs like twin-engine interceptors or supersonic heavy bombers.
