When is the Su-57 coming to War Thunder

knowing gaijin the su57 will be as stealthy has the f22 until someone can get a primary source on the f22 stealth characteristics. which are so classified they only can be found on a Minecraft server discord if at all

It should be much more maneuverable than the F-22 but shouldn’t be more stealthy

if its released with other stealth fighters. Its already going to be obsolete vs the other stealth fighters. Enough information is out to prove that the SU-57 isn’t a stealth fighter, and can be picked up by radar of other planes, even 4th generation planes.

Now is the SU-57 highly maneuverable? Yes. Is it insanely fast? Yes. is it also insanely loud… Yes will it be able to go up against a F-22 or F-35… no.

Will a SU-57 be able to go up against mostly all gen 4 fighters and win? Yes.

Did Maverick tell you that ?

Are the RCS values published by Sukhoi for the Sukhoi Su-57 its lowest RCS or its average RCS? : r/CredibleDefense

No, its called actually researching and reading. Sukhoi themselves already published the information, but you being you, wouldn;t have figured that out, because you are incapable or reading.

yeah, they would put their RCS numbers on a patent, lulz.

you would be amazed how many patents/pictures are out there with this kind of information

Those are from a simulation, not a patent. Manufacturer’s don’t put that sort of information in their patents, else we could just check the same for the F22/35, J20, J35, etc.
Oh, by the way, the simulation on the Raptor points to the same 0.1-1m^2 average RCS, with only a VERY especifically cherry picked angle in the -30db range.

The RCS of the f-22 is also published lol…

Now I’m going to ask when China’s two 6th generation fighters will be able to enter the war thunder, hahaha.

No, they are not. There are loose figures in some articles (“marble sized”, “0.001 from some angle”, etc), and that’s it. We don’t know any of the RCS profiles.

not sure if that is supposed to prove or disprove what i said

by comparing max RCS and avg RCS

also do they mean avg from the front, sides, or 360 degrees all around?
if looking at the b2 spirit it obliviously isn’t meant to look stealthy straight up or straight down

with the size that plane is… lol ill take a su-57 over it. It

i dont know how else to say this, the RCS of the F-22 isn’t secret anymore. Enough data has been out out for all the stealth fighters. DCS is even making a F-35 for its game.

That very simulation image shows the average for the Raptor to be much higher than the loose figures you find online (-30 to -70dbsm). 0.001m^2 or whatever is the Raptor supposed minimum RCS at a head-on. No simulation has ever pointed to an average in that range.
But people love to throw that very sus “0.1-1m^2 Sukhoi patent” (which even if real, was a goal for the T-50, by the way) as if that was the SU-57’s minimum, and the Raptor’s 0.000001 as if it were the average.

the front.

A single number from a specific angle on a specific radar band doesn’t mean anything. We can cherry pick RCS numbers on a 747 and claim it’s much smaller than what a full profile would tell us.

And DCS is going to run simulations to get some degree of accuracy on the F35, manufacturers don’t go around the internet revealing that kind of information.

When people say stealth… you dont want your planes exhaust to look like this

Russias SU-57 > Chinas 6TH Gen

image

No exhaust trail seen.

thing is if you see the f22 that close you are either not the target or you are long dead even wen looking at the planes we have ingame now
