Sure the UK has better bombers but jumping from x straight to z isnt ideal and would make a gap that probably wouldn’t get filled any time soon.
Basically, progressing up to the Vulcan instead of a straight jump to it and having a huge gap in between bombers is better

Will the B-29’s ballistic computer ever be modeled?
Without it, the aircraft wastes almost all of its turret firepower. The absurd divergence between the trajectories of forward and aft turrets (separated by 20 meters) makes it impossible to hit any target at distances beyond or closer than 250 meters with more than one turret at a time, even with player’s aim corrections. This wasn’t the case on the real aircraft.
Long overdue. If china gets its export Tu4 then Britain should have its export B-29.
For all those crying copy paste, this is about as benign as copy paste gets. I imagine the resources used to do this are minimal (it’s a skin on an existing model), it’s something Britain historically did have, and it’s not a type of vehicle where it will be annoying and spammed (looking at you, low tier SPHs - the real copy SLOP problem vehicles!).
Its annoying if you are trying to get to the jet bombers and you’ve got this Yankee thing to grind thru first. I doubt the RP cost for it is going to be any less than the US B29.
Yes please more fighter food that detonates like a nuclear bomb when hit with a burst of light MG fire because the geniuses at Gaijin thought it was a great idea to model aircraft as made of paper AND have bombload detonate when hit a single time because their gimped version of “realism” is somehow more important than gameplay…

How about bomber changes tho? Damage models and stuff? It was mentioned in latest Q&A video and all we get for now is this bomber.
Because currently there is 1 mission it cant handle - not explode violently when hit with single .50 cow shot

Bombers are useless in air rb thanks to changes Gaijin made, and they are useless in ground RB due to the bomb nerf.
Why hog the resources from actual usable vehicles with this addition that is years and years late ?
Does it even have some unique, cool British bombs ?
Perhaps such tech tree “needs” should be filled after bombers get their overhaul! (the one that BVVD talked about )
Or maybe do an Air RB overhaul and make forward airfields destroyable like in Nuclear Thunder…Without fixing its environment its just DOA jet food. A waste of resources.

I love how when Gaijin said we were getting a British bomber that loved high altitude they just used the opportunity to cuck us out of the Vulcan and give us American copy and paste instead.
We heard high altitude, we heard British, we wanted V bombers. C’mon Gaijin, you literally must have known what you were doing here…
The high altitude one was the Welkin. There was nothing saying it was a bomber.
