I am not very sure but last year When i recive my first vehicle with T-90a It still has 580mm of pentraction. It probaly been some time now.

Chinese top tier should get a reload buff to 6.7s at least. The oplot has a 6.5s reload with bascially the same capabilities. Not to mention they are still lacking spall liners. I dont get why they need to be nerfed to have a 7.1s reload since they arent overperforming and other mbts at same br have better armour, speed, firepower and protection

Going from at most 333 to 334 at 100 meters.
2000 meters is identical.
So no change outside maybe 333/334 being a fractional number of 333.x and game not liking that.
It was changed to the current 333/334 at 100 meters prior to Jun 30, 2023 2:01 PM.

There are documents on the vt4 manual saying it can achieve a fr of 9 rounds a minute (hence 6.7s).
Also, gaijin has stated they use reload time as a balancing factor so talking about reload time for autoloader shouldnt be talked too much. While it should be a factor taken into consideration, its not the main think gaijin worries about when setting reload time
