its not fun. The A7V is just better than British and French tanks with 18 crew and a gun that can pen you while you cant pen A7V frontally with Mark V

Those things are part of AB too, just in a different way. Shooting at over 1km ranges and over ridges still requires gunnery skill, and even the aiming marker doesn’t do all the work for you.
Not everyone wants to look for tank pixels among terrain and memorise distances between different parts of the map, while also suffering an even worse death spiral effect if you get shot first.
I think RB is pretty cool, but I just don’t enjoy the aspects in combination with competitive PvP environment.

Why are all the april fools events RB these days? Couldn’t you please simply offer an AB and an RB version for the tanks as well, as you manage to do for naval?
Kind of disappointed that the vehicles you earn don’t count as event vehicles and are instead tech tree ones

Even for such a fun event where you can get some quirky tanks, you use the same Fomo task system and then the tanks arent even spaded lmao.

Yeah, This mode is a great idea, but execution and playtesting seems to be lacking - at least now that it’s in the hands of the players.
…between one side having a unit that’s pretty much unkillable in most circumstances, and the map not being a mirror image AND not flip/flopping the side that you start on to balance things out
Not fun at all.

I do wish there were a Ground RB and Ground SB that were equivalent to Air RB and Air SB.
Air RB - You get ONE vehicle. When you’re out, you’re out.
Air SB - Locked views, unlimited respawn (for an SL price), Room Host can select from a huge number of fixed-but-rotating BR, Map, and Nations On Team A or B options, and the room can potentially run 3 hours…
I feel sad as a air enjoyer today, the SPAD S.XIII and Fokker D.VII won’t be obtainable as an event vehicle. A sad day as a air enjoyer. ☹️

This is genuinely the worst april fools event yet. Last year was fun compared to this. 1 map and a few boring, slow tanks. Infantry is useless. The event trailer was literally 100x better than whatever was introduced today. And don’t even get me started on the garbage rewards.
Thank you for this great event. :) I like it. It is what I was expecting from WWI scenario just the tanks move pretty fast as you buffed their mobility. :)
I played on both sides, did the task in 5 battles total, nothing crazy. :)
Dear players, please stop the hate and negativity. If you do not like it then do not play it. Just imagine the beginning of “tank” as concept more than 100 years ago. I do not know what people expect but I would be happy for these machines just to run and traverse terrain without breaking. Now imagine you had to sit in one of these for hours with 17 other people.
Yes there were server issues, there are other valid issues too. It is good to point them out, I myself have a thread about many issues with the game. But balance ? War is never balanced or fair. Mud and poor mobility ? I would have difficulties even walking in the mud which would be present on the battlefield after weeks/ months of shelling, fighting, raining etc…
I am just thankful for another event, we can try something different. I like the addition of infantry squads to the battlefield. They are moving up as you capture points. They defend them from the trenches and throw AT grenades at enemies trying to capture them. You have to clear the points first to capture them back.
