Turning a censor off doesn’t give you the right to break the clearly outlined rules.

You aren’t allowed to use offensive language and no exception for chat filters is mentioned.
It’s clear there is a loophole in the TOS and nothing will be done about it. From a Legal standpoint, That wouldn’t hold up in court as there isn’t anything that states one cant use the language he/she want’s while its off/on due to the fact that there isn’t anything within the TOS that says you can’t/can.

What I can show is where it states what is not allowed to write in chat. That applies ALLWAYS, to ALL players.
Why would one even create an extensive set of rules, then allow those rules to be completely ignored just by clicking a little additional option?!?
