It would be great if you could consider that there are at least 3 more critical systems for aircraft:
Hydraulic systems
Pneumatic systems
Electrical systems
That’s why i am wondering why you limit battle damages solely to electronic systems which deal with electronic systems like radar whilst without electricity the aircraft is usually not operational.
Even WW 2 fighters relied on hydraulic pumps to operate flaps or gear (like P-51s) or pneumatic systems for guns (Spitfire) - so even if some of those systems worked just with a running engine - failures in on of the 3 systems due to battle damage resulted in the best case in “mission aborted” or in the worst case in a total loss.
It can’t be that hard to put hydraulic lines or pneumatic storage units and (ofc) electrical generators into the air frames in order to create more realistic battle damages. I mean when i see what efforts you put in rather controversial things like damage models (tanks, ships) or things nobody asked for (Real Shatter 1.0-3.0) it might be worth to think about things which increases realism and separates wt from competitors…
Anyone notice a dramatic drop of research point in Air RB top tier? What do you mean Typhoon FGR4 scored 2000 with 3 kills rewards me 4888 rp for Typhoon AESA which is 420k rp? Have you ever do your math when you secretly “tweak” rp reward?
I have one complaint: I do NOT like how bright the green is now on the air lock icon. It is very distracting, and I am having to hide the entire bar now.
Make the box outline more bold/thick? OK, no problem. But this green at 100% saturation or whatever it is is just far, far too much/too bright. Even just turning down the G down to 225 or something would be much better.
Or just revert back to whatever color code it was before (IF it was a different color. IF it is the same and we just see it because it is so much more bold now, it still needs to be toned down.)
It’s still awkward having your flight data pushed so far out into you screen, especially when you air spawn at high speed in jets and are dodging team mates. at the least, the amount the info is pushed out into the center of the screen could easily be reduces by 1/2 to 2/3rds to reduce the distraction and streamline it quite a bit.
While I get it’s good for newer players, for more experienced that know their control setups it’s just a distraction having your flight data jumping around as the prompts appear and disappear. at least IMO
The sad thing is that, as a general rule, what a bullet does in analysis is what it should do in the game, then you play and in the game there are many times when the damage is completely different.
The problem is that Russian Premium line up aka 10,3" , TURMS + T-80DU + BMPT almost every time are getting under BRed so their opponets are between 9,3 to 10,3.
Given that all of them belong to 10,7 even if if the get matched with 11 they are performing very very well.
That’s Gaijin’s trick. Why fix the game’s problems when you can add unbalanced premium vehicles that will sell like hotcakes?
The problem is that it’s working for them. Every time they add a premium feature, it sells quite well, generating a good profit, so they decide that’s the path to follow. If people suddenly stopped spending money, they might focus on fixing bugs.
