AI bots, infantry…In the game where nothing works properly, instead of fixes and improvements they’ll add this…
Developer took the wrong turn, so, one more reason to finally give up playing WT.

Please cancel my application. I clicked on it before I thoroughly read this. If there is no C 96 M712, MG 34, Flammenwerfer 41, FG 42, or MG 42 then there is no point in applying to whatever this is…

Does anyone happen to know if the CBT or even the full mode on release would still work on older consoles like the PS4 and the normal Xbox ones?

Never played Enlisted. So as I understand it, you can either control an infantry squad commander or vehicle driver (who is squad commander), & you command your AI units. Does that mean if you’re infantry, you’re fighting in First Person & controlling AI units? Will all the Vehicles be controlled by AI if you’re a soldier, and all players are Infantry Squad Commander?

I do hope there will be testing for a solo gamemode, maybe with an expanded player count

i was very against infantry,but after seeing some active matter gameplay i think i changed my mind,but i think ai squad will be bad since gaijin’s ai system is doodoo,the coopvs ai arcade mode & enlisted confirms it,maybe they’ll update it or make the squads small,also will there be character customisation ? i dont want my infatrymen to be identic to others,at least it would be cool if we could choose their gender and some of their clothings,would be nice

AI is a little bit of a pain. More or less it’s very advanced scripting. Make them too good and they snipe across the map too poor and you know. There are a few games that are very good with there AI but it’s hard and you need lots of data and feed back. Hopefully Gaijin can get data from player data mining and feed it to an AI

Fear in 2005 had an AI that was hellish compared to what’s available now. Soldiers taking cover, flanking, throwing grenades, coordinating their actions. If they succeeded 20 years ago, the technology hasn’t been lost in the meantime. When they want to, they can, but do they really want to?

who know gaijin does have to insentivice you not to just let the AI run the game. People used to set there AI gunners in navel to do all the work and it was not fun. Though I miss the days when you could give your ships heavy guns AA shell and they would handle the high ALT bombers
