No, just means it comes from Stock with it
The lack of external fuel drop tanks added to existing aircraft this update & previous updates is real.
Only 4 copy-paste vehicles though; W there.

As you know, we have tested them on Dev Server. We decided not to implement them on day one (too much risk that something goes wrong). The option to enable them will arrive soon :) Thanks for patience!
If it’s an SSD, you really need to give it some space to breath. SSD do not like to be filled to the max (they slow down). (yes, there are exceptions).
