Ain’t no way

Predicted reload rate?

6.5s for 2 rounds then 10 seconds for the rest

Bit of a shame if true. The turret specifications above state it could burst 3 rounds in 13s (so 1 per 4.3s) seconds, then 6 per minute.

3 rounds in 13 seconds would likely be a 6.5 second reload

1st round = already loaded (0s)
2nd round = 6.5 seconds
3rd round = 13 seconds

6.5 second reload

I don’t think that’s good news…

Btw i still think it would be funny if the turret had like 80mm of frontal armor, 60mm on the sides and 40mm on the back, because i don’t know if some sources count the turret actual armor, or just give it the same protection than the Vickers Mbt turret

I’d consider it a win if my suggestion was added in any form if I had made one, and besides, we could hope for a tech tree one in the form of the Centurion GBT 155 in the future since Gaijin likes to milk their existing models dry. And also yes it’d be funny to have the armor values you mentioned, being deceptively autocannon-resistant at long range would be helpful.

-1. I have changed my mind. I don’t think this will affect the trout population.

The SPG of the future

Having actually tested it out, the reload time for the GBT155’s first three ready-rack rounds is sitting at around 10 to 12 seconds, and once that’s depleted, it drops to roughly 16 seconds.
This is completely at odds with the data we’ve seen; it’s actually worse than the 5-second reload on the tech-tree AS-90.
It’s absolutely bizarre.

Why is this suggestion still up? I thought it was a resounding no for it coming to the game. Bin it and throw it to the same pile good bug reports go to.

Bizarre you say?
