I’m going to laugh my ass off since aside from the cupola and the forward speed you just described the M6A1.

The M6 has much better armor on the turret, not just by raw thickness, but also because it is a volumetric hell.
The M6 also has a much beter gun, than both the medium and the long 75mm on the german tanks. It also has 3 .50 cal MGs, and a coaxial 37mm gun, that is suprisingly effective.
It’s lower side armor is also very trollish, and it can even eat a soviet 152mm APHE sometimes.
It also has 10 deg of gun depression, and a larger crew that is more spaced out.

No. They are realistic. Also, maybe consider that it is a german tank, and the average germany player is… well, not the brightest. You could make the Tiger a 2.0 tank, and they still would not get a positive K/D.

5.0 with the 75mm squeezers

The SQ gun would be a complete disaster. Gaijin would likely model it as APCR. Even if they make it solidshot, the damage would be piss poor, and it likely would have some ~7s aced reload, making it literally useless.

Just compare it to the VK at 5.0. This is slower, has much worse armor, a worse gun. This is nowhere near 5.0 worthy. Not even with the long 75mm.

Lol what?! ~70mm AP pen with 115mm HEAT pen? Yeah, surely 4.3 worthy. It will struggle to pen most enemies with AP, and will do little to no damage with HEAT.
Just comapre it to the M4A3 105, it is faster, has more HEAT pen, and has more armor. The only thing it lacks is an AP shell, but at 4.3, you would mostly use HEAT anyway…

I just think its funny he’s talking about 100mm of hull armor with sloping sides you can’t angle as utterly execrable for a heavy above 4.0 when one of those exists at 4.7 (and that’s Arcade, its even worse in RB at 5.0), especially since the M6A1 has functionally no side armor and so it couldn’t angle even if those slopes didn’t exist. Add in mediocre turret armor and the M7 that is outpenned by German guns several BR’s lower and you have a joke of a heavy tank, but hey, you have a 37mm and a stabilizer.

The hull issue with the VK is the smaller part. The wort part is the awful turret, that will be LOLpenned even at 3.0-3.3 by mediums/lights, even at distance, and a cupola, that is LOLpenned at reserve tier by a few nations. And you know, it is the part you have to expose to shoot…

You don’t need to. Just go hulldown. Also it’s hull is also very troll because of the many overlapping plates and various angles.

It will not be penned by US 75mm, and soviet 76mm guns, unless you hit some very specific, and small parts. But even if you hit them, they are likely to just injure the crew behind them, instead of fully penning.

Pen does not really matter. Germna guns have more pen, but the HE filler is very low. You can center mass shoot an M6, and kill only the hull crew. And then it shoots back, and gets all your crew…
