Never. As demonstrated by the incompetence with the last BR changes, Gaijin genuinely believes the Chieftain Mark 10 and 900 are overpowered, when in reality their players are simply superior to “at-tier” Russian/German players. (I delibrately omit US players as matchmaking against them, while possible, is less frequent)

Which is why they got put up in BR the average players of those vehicles perform better on average
Unfortunately, I don’t see any tanks in the trailer, and I mean real tanks, not IFVs or fire support vehicles.
I don’t know if I can count on any tanks from WW2 or early Cold War in this update. Don’t get me wrong, I also like IFVs but they are the ones that have been playing the main role lately…
This version of BTR-3 is just that, it’s BTR-80 hull.
And quite literally too, IIRC they didnt produce new hulls but repurpose old ones. However here it’s rather clear it’s probably going to Japan on behalf of Thailand

Russia is getting more and more toys, while it drowns others can only dream to have a taste.
That’s what feels a bit silly about it/the game. Like what else would you need to say Gaijin really being a Russian company or perhaps pro-Russia company. The nation eats good just about every update in comparison to everyone else. And lack of even acknowledgement from Gaijin staff is sprinkles on top.
No “Hey guys, we see your concern over this and here’s our intent and plan laid out/here is our reasoning for it”.
At this point, the Patriot system should have been added already to the US and company along with HARMs just as a potential counter.

In fact, this is the Pantsir SMSV, a super Pantsir, with smoke grenades to counter the new helicopters,AESA,ahead, and missiles with nearly double the performance, the Z10 and Guardian are as ridiculous in front of this as wooden planes from ww2 .
Oh, he also has very good mobility and a 9-degree depression angle.
Gaijin has completely gone mad, their whole company spends every day thinking about how to express their loyalty to Russia.
So, probably another 12.0 then given its soviet
why no join free SPAA so that every battle Russian player can launch a dozen or more AA vehicles, each ones that outperform other split-type SPAA 😂😂😂

They made thousands of different tanks and prototypes… like of course they’re going to get a couple every update.
Out of the “big 3” the USA has been eating the best these past years.

Oh, and one more thing, it has a 90-degree radar angle, so the rush-then-vertical strike method you used earlier against s1 is now completely ineffective.
