Vautours have been some of the most oppressive fighters in the entire BR range, from being obnoxiously undertiered despite of their performance, to now being buffed over the top in the damage model department despite clearly not being bombers.
Buddy im shirmpley just too tired of spending all my ammo and two missiles on a vautour iia just so that it comes back and rinses my ass cause my ca27 lacks the extending privileges something at the BR 9.0 has cause this is just another sabre.
Seriously please, nerf them if you don’t want to give them idk… a heavy fighter’s flight model???
the b17 is a dedicated bomber, the 8.3 vautour definitely is a fighter, keeps up with sabres and won’t receive any damage, they literally tank two aim9b’s in a row.
So, as I expected, you didn’t understand me. It’s not specifically about the B-17, but about your “logic” and the flight model. The internal structure of the Vautour remains the same for both the bomber and fighter versions. So why should they have a different DM? And it’s not like the Vautour is a plane that ruins the BR bracket within its reach. It’s entirely your own fault if you fly behind a Vautour waste all your ammo in its dead space like a mindless child. Just rethink your attacks, and maybe you’ll figure out on your own where bombers are most vulnerable.
I kinda get him, the Vatours are bombers for sure, but they shouldnt even tank lcose as much as a B-17 for example, thats a whole different time and build, so yeh, maybe take the buff away from them
Makes no sense tho, i am 100% sure they´ll get shot down WAY easier by 20mm and 12,7mm thatn a B-17, a G8N1 or a HE-177, sso buffing them makes no sense
