Using KH25MTP to replace KH38MT on the SU25SM3

Unfortunately, it exists and showcases.

APU-68 could use KH25MT, and KH25MTP is just the thermal version of MT

The issue is they’re worse than Kh-38MLs so the switch from Kh-38MTs wouldn’t impact its BR.

Link to website which is wikipedia thrust level…
And even then, theres nothing about missile test. Only about that there was mock-up at some event

I haven’t found any difference between KH25ML/KH25MTP’s engine; they both work 11sec, which means the 20km range is like AGM65s, depending on the ALT and launch speed.

I am not sure if Ka52 has that test; someone mentioned it was equipped on the KA52, but not clear

Specific evidence?
Not really but thats not required.
Its a kh-25 which is compatible with the su17,22 and 25 series at least.

This is the pylon name right?

This is Moreso to balance the sheer OP nature of the 38 than to adjust the su25s br

Yeah one is direct fire while the other can employ a glide path for extended range

If you don’t mind the photos, here is the original text. I think the KH25ML could only fly 10km due to the laser system, not the missile itself.
KH25
KH252

Yes that was my understanding as well since the kh29l is 10km limited whitle the 29t is 13km

nothing specifies that it is MTP. as well as nothing specifies that it isnt just a mockup

Its as real as kh38mt. +1

In terms of its kinematics, it’ll still be very similar to the kh38 which is why it’ll be good but I can’t really see it go down to 11.7 but I can definitely see it go at 12.0.

Regardless, it’s much better to have it in a lower br than what it’s currently at
