Su-30MK2 AMV and Su-30MKK.
Currently, both aircraft make up for a significant part of the vehicles played at the 13.3 - 13.7 Battle Rating range. They constantly play against each other, meaning their effectiveness stays at a tolerable level. If we were to raise their Battle Ratings now, they would start facing top aircraft that carry a lot of ARH missiles and AESA radars, which would drastically affect their effectiveness and might require us to lower their Battle Ratings back again.
Therefore, we’re not going to increase their Battle Ratings in the current Planned Battle Rating changes. We do however plan to increase them in the future when we introduce the new maximum Battle Rating for aircraft.

so it’s not ok to raise these aircraft because they’ll end up fighting more powerful aircraft, but all 12.3-12.7 and some 13.0 aircraft that can’t effectively fight these aircraft with SARH missiles will just have to suffer?

Multiple rounds of BR feedback changes are ALWAYS required, same with announcing them on the main website for all to see.
I’m not too surprised to see M247 going up in BR, I’d imagine my 9.04 K/D played a decent role in that…
PGZ09 is absolutely nowhere near as efficient as M247 in AA work, so shouldn’t be going up in BR.
I find it interesting that you’re lowering the reload speed of Comet, but still keeping it significantly slower than all other 17 pounder and 77mm HV guns in game.

Its in line with the 30 mm APFSDS on the BMP2M and ZBD04A, its just the APDS thats really good i guess
