I know you might believe this topic is a duplicate of the other topic, but still doesn’t make sense when most of players believe R2Y2 can get a BR reduction and the developer refuses to consider it, did they already forget these planes or ready to add other planes instead of it? Last time we had L-39, but now it moved to 7.7, which means 7.3 doesn’t have any CAS again, what reason made R2Y2 still keep 8.0? Still efficiency? or just because they are deleted so developers don’t care? You know in AB it is only 7.3

Unless you are playing literally anything else. You could move the EFTs down to reserve rank and split them 50/50 between the 2 teams and they would not over preform when 2 3rds of each team is EFTs, but they would not be fair to the other reserve planes would they?
The community has been screaming this for years: De-compression! Top BR should have been raised to 15.0/15.3 a long time ago and that is only considering the ARH carriers, not all the lower BRs that also need decompression.
So the devs do know what the issue is, they are just refusing to implement it.

R2Y2 is not good CAS as well, and Kikka is 100% not worth 7.0 in GRB
We don’t even need decomp, the Su-30mk2s are literally just 13.7s larping as 13.3s, but ig devs can’t see that somehow.
And I hated their excuse of “they would start facing top aircraft that carry a lot of ARH missiles”. IT CARRIES 10 MISSILES! The POBIT AT 14.3 CARRIES 6?? Do they hear themselves?

Sorry, re-reading that part of my comment I see it wasn’t clear, I wasn’t trying to imply that the Su-30s should not be 13.7, rather that if the devs do not want their new premium cash cows facing top tier, then the solution is de-compression and moving the top tier higher (like the community keeps asking), so the Su-30s can go up without facing top tier, not forcing the premiums to an artificially low BR.
But you are correct, the Su-30s faced top tier planes when they where released as max BR was 14.3 at the time and still did well.
Yeah, that one doesn’t make much sense to me, It seems like a side grade to the F-16CM, you get MAW and ESA radar but lose the better engine (I haven’t heard that the AIM-120Ds offer any real improvement worth noting), that doesn’t seem worth 2 BR steps.
The A-10As only went up, along with the Su-25s, because they both had All-Aspect missiles and people complained they were OP in a downtier. F&F had nothing to do with them then. I remember this causing a stink because even Gaijin said they did not want to increase their BR. So either move them back up or move the A-10As back down.
Skill issue was a huge problem, not Churchill 7. That thing is armor, armor, armor and nothing else. It’s supposed to be hard to pen, that’s the only thing it does - being hard to pen. Even so, 75 Shermans and 76 T-34s absolutely have means to deal with it, nevermind actual anti-armor options like M44 or Su-152.
4.7 is the highest BR it could possibly be at.
Edit. Re: angling - you realize that Churchills can be set on fire through the radiators on the sides? Proper angling only works while in cover. If a lower BR tank with medium-to-low pen for the BR can frontally kill an entrenched superheavy, what’s the point of said heavy even existing?

The roof is probably the easiest thing to pen on the whole tank, since it is only 20mm thick. When I have played the Churchill VII, I have been more scared of Russian tanks and their angle pen accidentality hitting the roof, than the German 75mm on the Pz IV.
For a long time, it didn’t not help that it was using solid shot, so you could barely damage the Russian tanks, if even penning them.

Turret roof, tracks, MG port, even the turret corners also controller drift shouldnt be taken in to account thats your own problem. My mouse is old now and sometimes double clicks should i get a BR change for that?
IS-2 getting lowered to 6.0 while Chi-Ri is somewhat at 5.7, idk what Gaijin is thinking
Nobody thinks these vehicles have only 0.3 BR difference at all.

IS-2 is very well armored for 6.0, maybe too well. But lets wait how it turns out. Its downside, long reload, is still a thing.

Where Air to Ground munitions matter more
You cannot tell me that laser guided munitions with that terrible sight, are on par with 8 F&F munitions on the A-10A Early and 6 on the A-10A Late.
Dear Apache player who is attacking Chinese helicopters, if you use a little some specific body part that you mentioned, you will understand that Chinese helicopters are very weak, because they cannot do what other nations’ helicopters can, and because only China has such poor ATGMs. The reason they all carry missiles to engage air targets is precisely because they cannot efficiently kill ground targets to change the tide of battle. Understand the cause and effect. But of course you won’t support that.

BTW, if you check the stats, you’ll be “surprised” to find that the number of air kills by the Z‑10 and Z‑10A is actually not high at all. you must surely conclude that this is because the TY‑90 performs worse on the Z‑10 – just like other helicopter AAMs, right?

armor matters at lowtier a lot cause you have to aim for super small portion while the churchill has a lot more options when making a quick shot making it really hard to beat
and just cause churchill in a few spots can be penned doesnt mean its bad
? the TIGER 2 can be frontally penned by many 6.7s in the turret does that mean its bad and should be undertiered to 6.3 ?
at 5.0 it cant face tanks in downtiers 3.7 like KV1 L11 which has maybe like 7mm more pen than reserve BT7
lol. E5 is strong. It lacks pen, but it makes up for it with a lovely reload. Surprised it didn’t go to 7.0, tbh. Still wondering why that POS T95 is 7.0, while the E5 is 6.7, but whatever.
M44 is quite strong, so it was funny seeing it going down. M55 is fun, too. I figure this one is from them being used by inexperienced players, rather than them not fitting the game. Ah well, least FV4005 went down.
It certainly doesn’t solve some of the biggest issues with the vehicle and why it’s suffering.
I can easily autocannon (for example) an IS3, IS4, IS6 to death with a 37mm frontally. Should we send them down in BR? No tank is invulnerable or immune.
