Update 2.57.1.70 (Battle Rating changes implemented)

Reminder when you whine enough you get what you want. Hopefully soon—A-4E and other aicrafts are moved up in battle rating for sake of fair treatment as well.

Now Israeli A-4E (M) go up to 9.7

The APFSDS really isn’t much of an upgrade, but the usual problem of people crying about it is gonna keep it at 8.3

Hence it shouldve just stayed at 10.7 as jack of all trades master of none. Unless osa and strela move up as well.

Relies on enemy being not wise - either by exposing their side or by choosing tanks with horrid armor like lights. Leo 2a4 will slime you out long before you dmg its barrel.

Hunter at 10- never to be played again.
Gaijin needs to employ someone who plays the game to tell them STOP!

Hunter vs mig 25, mig 21 bis, F5s, phantoms- are you for real? Same BR as hunter that gets CMs…

Its a sign your game is just unbalanced slop and is being made worse every update. Theres a point vics cant go higher just like the jets at 13.0 that cant go lower - have terrible stats but stay suffering as theres no room as its compressed AF.

R2Y2’s didn’t go down

This argument completely misses the point of the BR system.

You’re saying the Su-30MKK/MK2 cannot go to 13.7 because they would sometimes face aircraft with better AESA radars and more ARH missiles. But at 13.3 they already spend a significant amount of time fighting 12.3 aircraft that are far less capable.

An F-16A at 12.3 starts with AIM-9Js and at best gets AIM-9Ls. Premium aircraft like the F-2A at bloody 13.0 are limited to Sparrow SARH missiles. Many 12.3, 12.7 and 13.0 aircraft have no Fox-3 capability whatsoever. Meanwhile the Su-30 carries 6 ARH missiles and 4 IRCCM Fox-2s, giving it an overwhelming BVR and overall weapons advantage.

If it’s unacceptable for the Su-30 to occasionally fight stronger aircraft, why is it acceptable for 12.3 aircraft to constantly fight one of the strongest 13.3 fighters in the game?

BR should be based on an aircraft’s average performance against the matchmaking it creates, not on protecting it from aircraft at the absolute top of the bracket.

We can’t raise it because it would face aircraft that outclass it.”

That’s exactly what happens to 12.3 aircraft today when they face the Su-30MKK/MK2. If that is considered unacceptable for the Su-30, it should also be considered unacceptable for every aircraft below it. The standard should be applied consistently.

Hey, they finally came to their senses and decided against reducing the BRs of the Leos

If only they also decided against all the other compression

The only good news is that they’re planning to push the BR ceiling upwards soon (probably only by 0.3 but that’s something I guess) and only then they’ll put the prem Su-30s where they belong
I wish we had proper decompression but that idea is dead to them so whatever

inb4 the Su-30s stay where they are and everything else moves up lmao

I’ll agree the Leo changes being reverted are good (Though why do the 1A1’s still go down?), but that doesn’t negate the fact that this round of BR changes is probably the worst I’ve seen in years

I’ve heard enough, IRIAF at 14.0

Oh wait so they would be suffering in uptiers? Like literally (almost) every other vehicle in the entire game? Two of the best selling premiums at that? Unacceptable. That cant happen (yet). We carefully observated our numbers of sales and how many people are still playing them and want to get their moneys worth out of a stupidly overpriced pixel plane vs how many people are suffering through the tech tree grind spading their 13.0 F4F ICE. And we came to the conclusion: Its not worth increasing their BR since 80 % of the planes flying at 13.3 are premium Su30s anyways.

So…anyone wanna buy a F2a with 4 fox 2s which is basically only for the 4 aam3s or a JA37 and compete with those su30s? Plsplspls…is cheap…

Yes we are in dire need of a decompression. But they go on turtle speed with that. As you say they will probably raise it by 0.3, but we are already in a place where the max BR should be 16.0. But they are (rightfully in this case) scared about queue times going up

No, you are wrong. The radar of OSA usually needs to scan several rounds before it can detect targets, while the 2S6 can instantly see all targets

This is impossible. How can you attack a target at a 90-degree angle above your head? Your sight simply can’t reach it, and it’s difficult for the missile to quickly fly up due to the 45-degree launch angle. However, the 2S6 can usually see targets above a 90-degree angle because it has a powerful adjustable suspension system

Besides, have you really driven these two vehicles? Even if it’s just a test drive? Don’t be so stubborn anymore

No thermals, no LRF and a weaker shell, I can kind of understand that move, even though I probably would have avoided that BR reduction and give it DM33 instead

this has to be some form of ragebait… outside the fm the z-19 is not gonna come close to the z-10 for overall performance, akd-10 have both higher range and better damage than akd-9.

devs may wanna reconsider that one…
