Its not stabilised or anywhere near as agile as an XM800T, its also a lot bigger.
same reason as why Ratel 20 is almost a whole BR lower than marder 1a3 with same armament

The BOOT also doesn’t have a giant ammo rack on its roof last I checked

12.0s shouldn’t be seeign 10.3 to begin with. It shouldnt be seeing 13.0 ever match, sure, but it shouldnt be seeing 10.3 aircraft.

Well it was nice to not face 13.0s while it lasted. That will probably kill my motivation to play 12.0 and 12.3 from here on out. I thought this was a great mode for non-meta planes.

They should split that into 10.3 to 11.3 and 11.3 to 12.0/12.3

I guess Gaijin has 0 reasons to not add APDS to Ratel 20 and Marder 1A1 right now.
The shell was never realistic with its underperforming penetration and presence on pre-1980s rat car and SUB-I, but giving it to a technical modification done by a semi state is another level of bending reality.

Since they introduced this, out of 20 games i played in 12.0 not a single one was below 13.0.
The amount of uptier games is worse then in ARB. There needs to be some kind of fix or change.
I am devastated dude. I was so excited, having so much fun using my f111 and my old a10a. cant use em anymore, I have been killed by 13.0 before even getting a chance to get visual on ground units every time.
All this right in time for the weekend too. Just wanna enjoy the game I was excited for since Wednesday. Now I am stuck in a constant up-tier of non-stop air to air combat when I just wanted to enjoy some CAS runs. I hope this gets fixed so I can at least enjoy this game for a few hours before I go back to work Monday.
