Putting the Scimi up to 8.3 makes zero sense.
It has decent upgrades over the normal Scimi, which is 7.7
It is definitely not comparable to the Warrior, which is 8.3
8.0 was the perfect place for it

The nuke carrier planes such as Tornado IDS ASSTA1 and F-111F in the battle rating 10.3-11.7 bracket ,whose CCRP is not working (it doesn’t hinder you from dropping the bomb before the theoretical releasing point, which only having a point of interest function. I guess that’s due to that developers just copy-pasted the nuke planes in GRB )
Its been 3? Years since the CR2s got semi-updated damage models but the CR3 still uses the only damage models. So If id hazard a guess. Sometime around 2030 if you are lucky

Funny how the only way to make people want to play Russia and China is for them to have OP munitions. Other nations dont struggle to have a playerbase despite not having the same OP weaponry.
Also Gaijin got rid of historical matchmaking a long time ago.

It’s not equal to a warrior, it’s significantly worse.
It’s also no way near good enough to only be one BR lower than an XM800T
