Thankfully I have a nice short with that as I didn’t put any music overlay for it. Using RCSM soundmod, I could only really hear vehicles that were between 0 to 150m away from me. My personal engine volume is on minimum settings so I don’t get deafened by my own engine.

wait, have you actually used a sound mod before? how exactly are you sure it enables people to hear tanks up to 300 meters since youre a console player?

I mean, some tanks in the game you can already hear from 300m away with the stock sound settings lol
RCSM just makes them more identifiable. Also Ima just say you’d have to be deaf to not hear the Pz.IV’s engine screaming in pain and dying an agonising death as it propels a tank that its pretty much underpowered to propel forward XD

Playing wt rn is awful and not fun, also saying that peoples dont hear you when there is arty or gunfire is placebo effect, if you think players cant tell where you are even without sound mods when there is noises around then you might need to use your ears sometimes

Well it’s strange that it’s consistently PC users whom can hear all over the sounds of battle.
It’s just too convenient psn users or Xbox users can’t hear as well as others?
Can you prove pc users aren’t hacking / cheating / using sound mods to cheat? Because they do. All the time.

I just don’t understand how u can’t if u use headphones. I can hear engines plenty well and I have a busted audio jack(can’t use headphones)

I just can’t hear them over loud explosions and the super loud planes. Like pc users can somehow
I would say skill issue but I can’t say that ur a much better player than I. I legit can’t hear them through big bombs. Arty and planes are fine to me and I can hear thru em
