Thats true. But since they are thankfully rather generous with the rewards you only need an average of 2 decent matches to get the points for us. after that you can as well play russia and get points for the tu as well.

Still, makes it unplayable. Waiting for a match for a dam straight 30 minutes is just diabolical.
if only, i mean only if there was a ARBEC that players could get there fill on large maps with tons of objectives, in mid-ish tier jet age, cheap spawns, with respawns in a single match and there was more models/aircraft models where the compression wouldn’t be so bad…

Same. 4 matches exactly (2 each, which is very reasonable, thx so much btw snail). so either those 400 to 500 ppl queueing for us for the last 2 days must be playing with 200 mission points per match or they have the first one already and try to grind the tech tree with a premium plane in this mode. (not a bad option, but also doesnt explain why apparently no one does the same for russia)

Honestly, a lot of the complaints come down to skill issues. Some players don’t even use chaff or flares and just fly straight, then blame the BR changes instead of their own gameplay.
That said, matchups like the F-15 versus the MiG-23 are definitely rough. Still, the BR split itself isn’t the core problem, player skill plays a much bigger role. And let’s be real, the US tree has been underwhelming for a long time, so having something that actually feels competitive for once is at least a bit refreshing.
“If only”, but honestly, most of us were just hoping the BR split wouldn’t have happened in the first place.
A lot of these issues come straight from that change. Instead of improving matchmaking, it’s just stretched queue times and made the experience feel worse overall. Sometimes the simpler solution, just not changing the BRs would’ve been the better one.
Just turn on join active battles. And, you probably need to restart your game to get an update. A 30 min wait means something isn’t working. I am not one of the people who resets the queue ever single minute, but after 5 or 10 minutes it would be a good idea to restart your game and check to see if a new patched dropped.
Also would help to start matches with lower numbers with AI/Bot planes that are actually competent, and slowly change them with players.

And yet you can’t fix the BMPT. Looks like there can’t be a gamemode where russia doesn’t dominate with fake vehicles and fake weapons.

Indeed, this event is already very good, but would be incredible if it can be turned into full NATO vs WTO+China, my Tornado IDS and ADV are hungyr for proper targets

I can’t agree on these Event changes, if you’re gonna split the brackets anyways, leave the IRIAF in the matchmaker, there’s other planes that are 50x stronger than that also on 13.0, I find it disgusting that you allowed to get swayed by the 2 people who cried loudest.
Re-add the F-14IRIAF to the list now.

feel like it is more so that the f-14a has r-27r1’s more so than the fakours… far more kills and easier to play with compared to aim-7f’s, or anything close to the aim-7’s name…
The only real time i ever really “took off and spammed them out” is when a horde of nuclear holding planes tried to rush in after kissing the edge of the map for 10 minutes, that is absolutely fair game, other than that i think i only got like 6-7 kills total with them yesterday. more kills with the r27’s.
Then that makes even less sense because the russians can spawn a plane also with the R27R’s or even better, the R27ER’s and can actually keep it’s lock better than the IRIAF. The only part of the event currently that’s somewhat unfair is that the russian side has far stronger AI SPAA that actually get the US side killed (I have played both sides with all kinds of planes, I understand what’s better and what’s worse)
