In this picture we can see 2 new armored vehicles but the one behind is the most interesting.

This is likely the North Korean 105mm Stryker which i previously showed in a post as a scale model and it seems like they have done several changes.

In this picture we have a new air defense system.

This new vehicles chassis caught my attention because if im correct it looks like an modified Koksan chassis, another thing that caught my attention is that turret resembles the Pantsir S1 and FK2000.

Possibly “inspired” by 2R2M/Dragon Fire II mortar and Hitfact MkII turret?

Perhaps it is just a coincidence, but I see the M730 carrier for the Chaparral…

As per the NIS (National Intelligence Service) of South Korea:

“North Korea received technical advice on reconnaissance satellites and launch vehicles, physical UAVs, electronic warfare equipment, and SA-22 surface-to-air missiles from Russia in exchange for dispatching troops and exporting weapons”

The SA-22 is of course, the Pantsir-S1, and so the current sentiment seems to be that the vehicle in this photo is very much one of those Russian-supplied systems in-the-flesh. To me, this is a good excuse to move the M2020 SAM down to 11.7 in the tree, and slot in this new Pantsir variant as a 12.0 single-system SPAA right before the Cheongung.

EDIT: This may not be a Russian-made Pantsir due to the lack of cannons that I did not notice when writing this comment. It is still not a stretch to say that they were removed, or that some parts of this system are Russian pieces transferred to a NK-made turret, but as for now we can not be 100% sure.

Another possibility is that it is a Pantsir or North Korean Pantsir derivative but it was based off the Pantsir SA variant which lacked the autocannons instead of the Pantsir-S1 which had them

Maybe, although seems sort of strange to give it to NK considering it’s a variant for colder climates, and so something like the SMD-E would make more sense. However the turret shape of this mystery variant seems different to the S1, SMD-E, and SA, so it may be a new version entirely or even one assembled in NK.

Improved² chaprall perhaps?
