Back in July '23, I made a post arguing that the Ukrainian player interest in the game was exceptionally high. I even provided a Google Trends screenshot as proof showing that Ukraine had the highest search interest in the game compared to other nations. However, it’s now December 2025, and the situation has shifted somewhat:
As you can see, the policy of completely sidelining Ukraine is still in effect.
The outcome heavily depends on how you configure Google Trends. In 2023, I specifically used the “Videos” search category and not the general web search term. I also set the time frame to 12 months. I simply replicated those settings for the current analysis. You probably have slightly different parameters.
Didn’t have the 12 months on at first, then I turned in on and Ukraine did jump a place up
Amazingly Estonia never loses first place lol
BMTP-84 has 125mm KBA-3 gun
And there’s a Ru T-80BV now with BRAT blocks on hull sides.
Pretty sure there’d be a Ukr version as well.
Has there been any recorded use of Russian ERA in UA vehicles? I’m not well read in the era types so I’m not too sure.
Also barring the Leo and T series tanks, where there any other vehicles equipped with era they otherwise didn’t have? I think I remember something about the M-84s (yes I know it’s an upgraded T-72) but I can’t remember (iirc some parts of the tank like the infrared spotlight and turret mounted machine gun were removed and the lws performance was impacted by amour against drones).
think there might very few (cant recall specifics),
Relikt on some non-Nato MBT?

I wonder why this tech tree gets so much support though, quite impressive considering all the other tech trees out there
An older video of a ZSU-23-4M-A1 ‘Rokach’ in service with Ukraine from 2023. As reported just recently (as of 2025), an order was placed for the production of 16 units of this modernization. According to the article, there are three versions of the system:
1.) A1 version: Replaces legacy RADAR with Rokach-AS RADAR and converts the old fire control system to a digital one.
2.) A2 version: Adds an Electro-optical sight with integrated laser rangefinder and thermal imager.
3.) A3 version: Adds a quad-pack of Igla Surface-to-Air missiles.
Disclaimer: The system even with all of these upgrades still has been referred to as the ‘ZSU-23-4M-A1’.
