I don’t know if it was published before, but I came across another Ukrainian development: the INGUAR armored vehicle, which can be supplied in various configurations. I saw online that there’s already a fully built version, and the vehicle is being produced. It looks very interesting to me. It could easily serve as a SPAA, similar to Japan’s approach.
Here are the configurations from the website where these vehicles are presented:
Modified: The model is called INGUAR-3, and here is the website with their platform. However, there is information online that the company is developing a full-fledged APC called “INGUAR-7” on a completely new chassis, which also looks quite modern. But I couldn’t find any information about the latter in English.
Basically a torpedo boat but it`ll die as soon as someone will kill it’s radiostation, no ability to self-repair/extinguish, but costs less than normal torpedo boat in sp due to mentioned earlier debuffs. SPAA of Navy
Main issue is that I’m not sure what gun the Magura V7 has. I’m assuming it would have a much higher fire rate so maybe it could get away if the calibre is around 7mm?
I think it can. Since those are separate modules. And I can imageine just going point blank with Grad rockets to some unsuspecting cruiser or smth like that)))
I was talking about INGUAR-3 and briefly mentioned model 7 just as an example of its existence. Unfortunately, everything I could find in English is what I’ve provided here. The rest of the information is in Ukrainian. Sometimes I came across videos about INGUAR-3, but they were also in Ukrainian. So, I don’t know what they’re about, but the third model exists, and I mentioned the seventh as an example of Ukrainian developments and industry.
I would love to see other nations vehicles but there are a lot of copy-paste Soviet vehicles. I think it would make more sense to include them as a subtree under the USSR, grouping all vehicles together, with post-Soviet ones marked accordingly.
USSR (until 1991)
Russia
Ukraine
Belarus
etc.
This way, the tech tree stays organized, and the post-collapse unique vehicles can be represented as subtrees with their respective flags.
As for the recent lend-lease vehicles, they could be added as squadron or event vehicles instead, since they aren’t part of a natural technological progression of the army or planned army modernization but rather a consequence of urgent wartime needs. I’m not sure if I explained that clearly, but hopefully it makes sense.
Unfortunately, given current events, it seems unlikely that we’ll see all of these vehicles added anytime soon.
