All tanks you showed worked (maybe expect 775) and some are even in service. Bad example lol
being in service doesn’t make anything work
2S25 - can’t be used due to fail of airbourne tactics
Chrizantema can’t be used due to any reconaissance UAV and idea itself became obsolete in like early 2000s
Obj.775 never was a good idea. everyone inside would struggle heavily
Obj292 - testbed for 152mm main gun and did not have a functioning autoloader as shown in game
T-72M2 - good proposition. never produced besides 1 demonstrator
UM2 wasn’t produced for some reason, outside of the game same goes for UM1
UK had a similar problem with production (overall 10 pieces? 2 in Russia, 3 in Greece, and rest in South Korea)
37% originality (via low BR and three countries) - you don’t understand, this is DIFFERENT!
Polish Tech Tree with Czechoslovakian sub-tree idea:
and it doesnt quite work anymore as it was destroyed in 2022
775 did work as well.
So all these listed did work IRL.
Only 292’s autoloader was never installed for a reason of 292 being just experiment to see how serial tanks can fit 152MM cannon, and the test was proven true and possible before autoloader was fully finished, the schemes and everything required was already ready, with the reload to be expectee to be 10 seconds, just like in game).
I dont see how it’s a problem given we have several tanks that are given something they never had just to work (like Radkapfwagen 90 never being able to operate it’s turret controls IRL, or their driver being unable to see anything unless the hatch is open, or several vehicles not having their crew pop to fire ATGM’s aka Wiesel 1A2, or unrealistic reload of all non-autoloader loaded ATGMs (you’re supposed to tell me M113 with TOW reloads single TOW at same rate as Bradley loada two? or how even M113 TOW reload is much faster than IRL, or how the hell BMP-3 reloads a single ATGM in 30 seconds when realistically they have reload assist mechanism which does nearly all of work but the ramming the round into the breach.)
Others are just ordinary full function prototypes literally each other TT’s also get plenty of.
More than 37% but I guess you don’t know how to read charts lol. Still 37% is more than 5% in ukraine xd
Edit: Reporting someone’s comments as spam due to a different opinion is low. You know you lost the discussion haha
Irrelevant to the game and for this argument
Bro I understand that you love your nation and you try to defend it which I understand 100% but picking on those 37% without reading the graph in its entirety is as if I came here and wrote that there is nothing interesting here except the oplot and didnt care to read anything about the rest.
A personal favorite of mine
In your topic, 37% of original units are written, these percentages mostly include low-ranking equipment (which in the conditions of the game will not be interesting for the vast majority)
I rejected the mods of techniques, because in the Ukrainian branch you consider them clones, I also rejected the technique “because they are not yet in the game for the country of the creator” because it is a direct clone. As an example:
And here you came to our topic as a witness of “clones”, not me
Personally, I did not send reports to anyone and I see no point in discussing with you, because unlike you, I am not against the Polish tree (you are against the Ukrainian tree, calling everything “clones”, “Russian tanks” and highlighting only the original T -64BM and T-84 and ignoring everything else and coming up with a mythical 5% originality)
That’s exactly what your friend did by going into our thread and calling our branch “clones”.
I did not come to your branch to write comments “no, because clones”.
Guys enough. No more. If you wish to continue take it to a pm. Mods are gonna swoop in most likely
It’s not my topic lol. I didn’t make it, just posted comment there.
Yeah, because almost complete copy paste of soviet tech tree that ukraine is will be 100% interesting lol.
Because I’m not delusional enough to think ukraine could have their own tech tree. It’s a sub-tree at best because of the reason above. And I’m not including Abramses or Leopards because slaping some useless ERA on them and cope cage does not make them ukrainian.
That’s it from me. Would like to see Oplot in game, but not in that form c’mon.
Ur acting like the russian tech tree and china isn’t entirely copy paste lol
@Yontzee sorry for pinging you, but are you planning to update the main (head) post with tt? It would be nice to do this since a lot of equipment has already accumulated that could fit into the TT, and also finally tear out some copy paste to reduce the chance of chronic casts like “hurr durr tt of clones -1”
No worries, yeah I’ve got something in the works. Here’s a brief summary:
- The tree will begin at Rank VI to match the air tree.
- German/Danish Leopards will be the “foreign line” while vehicles like the M1A1 SA-UKR and M2A2 ODS-SA Bradley’s will be Squadron vehicles and the Challenger 2 a likely Event vehicle.
- Many vehicles will be shifted up in BR. I’m not sure if anyone noticed but I’ve been going through past Ukrainian suggestions and redoing research on them to adjust the BR to a more realistic number. The posts have been edited quite a bit.
- Doing this made me realize I miss-BR’d many vehicles in the tree and am working to compensate it.
- Other nation vehicles that have been donated will be in event/premium status due to the focus needed to be on Ukrainian developments.
Croatian Ministry of Defence officially announced yesterday that the country will transfer 30 M-84 tanks and 30 M-80 infantry fighting vehicles to Ukraine.
Finally, M-84 pokemon is here!
It’s a pity they decided to raise the rank to VI. Personally, I would have preferred the tree to start from rank IV. But it’s a fact that Ukraine doesn’t have aircraft at that rank.
Yeah, the only way we could have it Rank IV is to include Soviet-era Aircraft which can cause some issues
Another way to have planes at BRs below Rank 6 is to integrate Ukraine into another tree, like Poland for instance.
