Transfer of console-created accounts suspended until further notice

Now im on my actual account that was transfered, its really weird casue it doesnt tell you which one is which but they are both the same

I just put in my ticket hopefully I’m not too late I randomly looked this up and didn’t see the red “account” not open to transfer. Replying here to provide info for anyone else btw I filed the support ticket under “other questions” and am not sure if it was supposed to be under any other category.

Had another question that I hadn’t seen in the replies. How would event vehicle missions work? I’m currently at 7/8 for the object challenges. Would I be able to continue logging on and getting progress towards the 8th challenge and keep it when I eventually finish the 8th or would I possibly lose out on the challenge and not get the vehicle? That’s if I were to submit the ticket today and have the transfer relatively soon since idk how long it takes to begin the process. Thanks in advance

nah u good atleast you have 2 weeks to complete it. I submitted my ticket 2 weeks ago and they still not starting the transfer process.

not sure if its gonna work. You were supposed to write “Unlinking Psn account” but maybe it will work

i dont think the category matters as long as you wrote “unlinking psn account” or “unlinking xbox account” in the subject area

well, 19 days have passed since i submitted my ticket and 16 days since my ticket was forwarded to the right specialist. idk why its taking so long to do a simple account “transfer”

yes 19 days xD, im actually giving up tbh. the fact its taking so long just proves how unorganized they’re with this and the fact they dont update people or apologize for the long waiting times is stupid as well. but hey.

5 february and i got a response on 7 february

oh, actually i created a ticket in 3 february and they forwarded my ticket to a specialist on 5, not much of a difference but yeah

  1. It’s not “simple” at all
  2. We have several thousand pending requests to sift through, with many people not following the simplest requirements like linking and verifying their email before etc.

With that in mind, just wait until it’s time to process your account and you’ll be notified when it starts.

And if you’re doing the event, finish it on your existing account before requesting transfer, otherwise it will be long over before someone even looks at your ticket.
