So will they email me when its done? plus do i have to use the actual browser from windows or can i get in through steam. im also hoping it will be ready before the new event starts and yes ik they are only in office weekdays but i hope they email said people when its done.

You can’t use console-linked account in Steam so I’m not sure why you’re asking. It can only be linked to one third-party platform at the time.

So you meant the launcher, not browser? Yes, you will have to use it and login with your email.
ah ok good so i installed the right thing. another question would i still be able to play on PS account while they are transfering or is it best to just wait for them to get it done and notify me about when it is done.

Hey so I got a response +24 hours ago going on 48 and it said my request was forward to the relevant specialist. After this how long does it usually take???

It’s wrong and we fixed the support article text.
Premium time from packs on Xbox does carry over (if it was active at the moment of unlinking). But any GE you have left on the account you have to spend before the process starts.

How long does the account unlinking process take once it starts ?
when i got the email that it was started, it took a few hours. They started it and finished it before i even woke up for the day, but i can be take a day or two.
