We are in the same boat. I’m 20 days tooday… I guess they have alot of requests.
i cant log into my support ticket. how do i know? it says your account is frozen
i think they do that when the account is being transferd
From what i have heard it takes about 5 hours it may depend on the ammount of vehicles
You will be notified once it’s over. Don’t try to login during this time.
how am I notified that the process is complete?
I tried to connect to support to see if my ticket was answered but I can no longer access it
im pretty sure you check your email that you binded it too.
i tried a coupple of times ():

just purchase invoices
