i asked in January and August of 2023, and was told " Unfortunately, the procedure is still on hold. There is no ETA yet, however, please keep an eye at the announcement at the top of the following article for any updates: "

It will take around a month I sent my on the 26 of February and today I got a response

what do they say after you except the account transfer?

None of the requests made last year are relevant now since the service wasn’t provided at that time. If you want to start the process, submit a new support ticket.

First you will be notified when the process starts, and then once it’s over.

Today is the 47th day and still no response

i got a response and i started at the 26 of feburary

Maybe they knew I bought the activation code and wanted to delay it until it expired (kidding🥺

We have started the account transfer process. Please wait for our response.

Also, please, do not try to log in to the account or change the password during the unlinking process, even if you find an email about the account password change. This may interfere with the account unlinking process.
