i got the email saying that the process finished and I have 98h to feedback or they will close the case. But I cannot access to the gaijin.com support page with my PSN email , what can I do ? My gaijin pass app doesnt work now either.

What can I do ? I have no clue on what to do man, the official WT topic doesnt give any steps on what do after the unlinking process. My psn account name was marioElbarto, I have asked several questions up here in the topic.

When is the account locked?
You don’t have to login to support or reply to them as your case is done already. Just play the game with your new PC account. Use password reset for it
When you get the reply asking if you understand the conditions and agree to them.

When logging in select PlayStation/PSN in the bottom and that should be it.
Yes, you can. They are saying in that message that the ticket has been assigned, not acted upon. They will contact you when they are ready to ask if you understand what this transfer means and that you are ready to proceed. Then you won’t be able to use the account until the transfer is complete. You will then have 2 accounts, one for console and one for PC.
Ok how long does it usually take for them to ask?
Judging by posts from others, it is taking about 3 weeks. I am approaching the end of my 3rd week waiting so hopefully will happen soon. I’ll let you know here when it happens so you have an idea of the current waiting time.
Please don’t confuse the man even further. He shouldn’t use his PSN account anywhere anymore, it’s only available for playing on the console after the transfer is done. Although the progress is not synchronized with PC anymore so it makes no practical sense.

You get email notifications when there’s a reply to your ticket in support (which FzmOyYW0rK1VTGUL did like he says in his post ). So you don’t have to login to support website with your old PSN account in order to see it.
All you need to do when you get the message that transfer is done is request the password reset for the email you linked initially and login to the game. Which is also included in the message you get after your account is processed.
So I don’t understand what’s even unclear there and why he’s trying to login with his old PSN credentials.

I got no email man, I was waiting for it for 4 days before I decided to check the support ticket on the PSN acc, as I stated in the older message (from: gWSIAIDICZHL01, march 4th). which yes, wouldn’t work for FzmOyYW0rK1VTGUL, but clearly did for Wz6YGmVV4yxPyVos.
When I responded to FzmOyYW0rK1VTGUL at first I was most likely in a hurry and didn’t get thoroughly read through his post to give a good response.
now that you have read all of that it would be nice of you to give a hint to the support team that they should look into the problem of people not receiving the emails.
Yes, you have to wait for the message confirming that you understand the terms.
We don’t even have such a setting (disabling of email notifications), so maybe you marked them as spam or something like that.
