I submitted on the 14th and no response still. I’m assuming it will take about a month which I’m fine with as long as it’s done by the Victory Day sales I don’t lose anything by just playing like normal.
i sudmitted on the 7th and yesterday i got the mail to agree with the terms so it will take around 3 weeks
and transferring it will take another 3-4 work days

I have plenty of rare event/rare and squad vehicles including the IS 7 tank, as far as I know, I will keep them all as long as I consumed the coupons rigth? I also have the A26 c45 premium but I know that one will be deleted.
My biggest concern is the IS7 I dont want to loose it if I change my PSN account into a PC one
The article says only the A26 doesn’t transfer. Everything else will.

ticket was submitted 7 februari, and yesterday i got the email to agree with the terms.
so all in all it takes around 3 weeks, just be patient guys :P

Yes but I can’t see the ticket now the password has been changed for the transfer if I want to see I need to change my password so actually It’s been 12 days that I’ve seen the 2 accounts but I can’t know if it’s over
This should answer your question. Right, so this system doesn’t really work that well and since there is a dev here I think he should defo take his time to read this. So, they started and finished the unlink process Thursday 29th of Feb. I thought I was going to get an E-mail saying something a long the lines of “unlinking process has been successful reset your password here.” unknow to me you actually have to log in to gaijin support with your PSN acc where they then respond to you with that message. Idk if its some setting I have that blocks E-mails from gaijin, if it is maybe tell that to the player pre hand? to make sure they have it enabled. if not you’ll have to try and fix it.
now that I did what I said in the msg above, I can enjoy my PC acc

i got the email saying that the process finished and I have 98h to feedback or they will close the case. But I cannot access to the gaijin.com support page with my PSN email , what can I do ? My gaijin pass app doesnt work now either.
