Sorry to ask, but I sent the request on 7th feb, I did all the steps of linking the account, gaijin app etc, recorded all vehicles I own on camera (Specially the IS7 i have) beforehand and I am still waiting for feedback… My ticket is still in "Open " status, havent replied the topic or anything I ve just been waiting.
My question is for how long does this process last?
As gromvoiny said above, people are taking forever to respond which is delaying the start of the process. You just need to wait until they get in touch to check that you are ready to start. It’s a long queue, we’ve just got to be patient.
Meanwhile I cannot play War thunder as far as I know, I haven´t even touch the WTmobile because its linked with the PSN one, but idk about Enlisted, do you know by any chance if I can play the mobile version of WT or Enlisted while this process takes the time ?

Let me ask it again: May I play WT like nothing happened until I get the feedback asking for the confirmation to start the process of transfering the WT PsN account into PC? Thats what I have understand right?

mine just got done. I submited my ticket on 3 february and they finished today, 27 february.
Oh god, by that timing I have 2 more weeks to wait 😥
Same to me, it takes about 3 weeks since the ticket submitted, and late reply for the readiness. I just sent the confirmation yesterday, unlinking is started today. I wonder how long the unlinking progress takes time.
4 days for me and I still haven’t received an email but in 1 week I think it will be good
I sent an email on the 1st of February to transfer my ps4 account to pc and I still haven’t had my account transferred. They responded the day after but I haven’t heard anything since so I don’t know if its still even transferring.
If that response you got was the message saying they’ve assigned it to the right person, then the transfer hasn’t even started yet. You could still play in the meantime time. Once they contact you to ask if you’re ready, from then the transfer can begin. So if it’s the former, you can still play. That’s a super long wait though. Damn these players causing delays!!
So just keep on waiting should be fine?
I don’t work for the snail, but any support system worth its salt shouldn’t result in a ticket getting forgotten about. I’d say we should be fine, but only time will tell.
I submitted on the 14th and no response still. I’m assuming it will take about a month which I’m fine with as long as it’s done by the Victory Day sales I don’t lose anything by just playing like normal.
i sudmitted on the 7th and yesterday i got the mail to agree with the terms so it will take around 3 weeks
and transferring it will take another 3-4 work days
Ah ok, I raised in the 17th, so hopefully next week.
When do I know when it’s done? I, and you too, can probably tell it’s started looking at the username. They started the process yesterday and I wonder what sort of message do I get when it’s done?
