that post was from 01/24 now we have 10/25 so what can be more important when the game is in the worst state ever so far (maps, server and stability…) the list gets evry day bigger evry day and on top no acc transfer becouse this people work on something diverent only what i saw so far in the passt was hundrets of new premiums its annoying for the players

It isn’t really two years of nothing, they stopped accepting transfer requests in may 2024 due to a massive backlog of unhandled requests. It took them A LONG TIME after closing it to even get through all the requests they got, in april 2024 they had thousands of players in the queue that they were working their way through semi manually while new ones were still being added.
I don’t know how long that took though but i’m guessing several more months of work after may to get through that queue before that time is freed up to focus on other tasks.
They won’t re-open the requests before making a way more automated system so that they don’t have to manually work on every request in the same way as previously (which i hope they do relatively soon).
This made things even worse for a multi-million dollar company whose developers had known about these problems for over a decade and had no solution. It’s been 20 years since I was a programmer, but even now, I could get something running automatically in that time alone.

It’s not that they can’t, It’s that they are doing other things and currently don’t have time.
i just want the market place so i can get TWO vehicles… make me pay an extra dax for Gaijin Dollars, i just need my collection…

Really disappointing to hear this about a feature that would benefit both the company (increased sales) and customers at the same time. Its not even like this is some earth-shattering request or new mode/feature. Its as if they just dont want our money

The WT market place isnt the only thing affected. We also dont get to participate in any of Gaijin’s vehicle sales, and the tech trees also are different with what premium vehicles are shown.
Also, our play with other Gaijin games is affected as well. ANY purchases and progress we have in the other Gaijin games would be lost in the transfer, so there is no point to even trying to play them, also we cant even play the pc version of Enlisted as we are completely blocked from it.
Sadly, I fired up WOT and it seems they are putting in more effort into their game than Gaijin is currently. The Halloween maps they have are pretty cool, and their “premium” tanks are alot more reasonable in price lately.
What is funny about this, as I pointed out before, is that when they made this process originally they took the time to automate the linking process but then just didnt put any effort into the transfer process. And then complained up a storm about the amount of transfer requests, when they knew full well most people taking the time to link accounts were doing so because they didnt want to keep playing on console.

Consoles get separate vehicle sales so you do get sales just not the same ones.
Really? As far as i understand it only the event vehicles (bought from marketplace) should be the ones not shown (i might be wrong though).

Any pack vehicle and event vehicle are “invisible” to console players. I gotta update my PS4 for like 2 hours just to have the pack vehicle I bought, kinda ass tbh.

The console vehicle sales don not happen as often, nor are there as many choices with what does go on sale.
Some of the regular premium tanks dont show up, forcing me to start up my console to buy gold, then switch back to PC to buy the tank.
The only way for a console linked account to get ahold of past event vehicles is to play the loot box lottery. Which given how rigged that is, you would get more enjoyment from literally lighting your money on fire and using the resulting flames to cook a smore.

is this feature ever going to return?
I would rather not have to turn on my xbox, go onto the xbox store, and plug my debit or credit card, and wait for parental consent from my dad as that account is about 18 years old. I would much rather use the already in game purchasing for golden eagles for console players on pc. clearly payment isnt an issue, so i dont see why i shouldnt be able to buy a pack though warthunder on pc.

yeah we have to load up our account on console to buy packs, we can buy GE on PC so why not packs??
the point isnt we dont get it, the point is if you sell your console to get a PC then you cant get any sales nor packs whatsoever. for vehicles like the Katyusha, AMX-50 (TO90/930), Object 279 and E-100 the only way to get them is by the marketplace, with no way for console players to get them (not even through the lootboxes you need to pay GE to open)

for real, we can buy custom ammounts of ge, up to 700 canadian dollars worth 75k ge, but not a pack, idk what the xbox restrictions are, but they clearly dont care, cause why can i buy minecraft coins for example on pc or xbox, or buy cod points, whatever etc etc.
I think this feature NEEDS to return, not like it was down for a month, its been a year, the requests havent been around for 10 months. Just get an automated bot to do this for you, it cannot possibly be that hard, or with the shear amount of people that would flood the servers, might be at most 1000 a day, possibly more once this feature is added back if ever. Gaijin please bring this back.
