you would need to contact Gaijin support and ask them to transfer the account. (This only applies if the ever bring it back)

Your premium time does not transfer. The things that doesn’t transfer are GE, coupons, Premium Time, Chests, and very specific console exclusive vehicles. @hamod_alasade-psn I transferred my account last time it was open and I was on psn. If you need some information about you can DM me
You really should scroll up and read some of the past conversation. Youd only lose premium time that came with the vehicle packs and one vehicle. Any premium time that you bought on its own you would keep.
@hamod_alasade-psn as long as you got your premium time separate from the vehicle packs you should be fine to keep it.
I would DM @gromvoiny the dev for the “final” word as he is the dev here.
When I did my transfer I lost all my premium time which was over 500 days worth. Also you don’t have to be a complete dickhead and act like I’m dumb.

You can’t have 500 days of PA from vehicle packs alone so you’re clearly misremembering things. Or you didn’t contact support afterwards to fix the issue in case that really happened.
Premium account purchased with GE does retain on PC, and for Xbox so does PA from store vehicle packs.

Its not my fault you wont do the sensible thing and read through some of the older posts/forums so you wont be giving out misinformation.
What I wanted to know is when they will release it so I can transfer, as it has been a year and so far nothing.
This is the last word from the dev.
They arent working on it, and have absolutely no plans to work on bringing it back.
That’s what makes me sad about War Thunder or its producer, which makes me discouraged about gaijin

Yeah, for right now anyway they seem to care more for short term sales and the new player base rather than us long time players or the longevity of the game.
If they were doing something to to actually improve the game for example fixing the broken match maker, or adding new and different game modes I wouldnt be as upset about this delay myself.
As it is now though im not really here waiting for the transfer for War Thunders sake, but Im here because this transfer is preventing me from playing other gaijin games.

I don’t understand why Gaijin is reluctant to even try to reveal a little bit about the transition service, I think even if they launched a fee-based service, such as a dozen dollars to get away from Xbox first, there would be a lot of people willing to pay, and this fee would provide a decent amount of revenue to make up for the loss of manpower for their scattered people to disconnect （

Problem here is you are paying to pay. Gaijin has plenty of man power, they would rather make new sellable vehicles than work on anything else. This has been an issue for years, just because Gaijin decides not to fix this issue doesnt mean they dont have the man power.

why are the devs being so lazy about this? they’re ****ing themselves over by not letting console players go to pc and letting them buy packs and such… if it’s for some reason so complicated and you don’t want to do it, remove the article from the technical support page giving the console players false hope… there is nothing of value on that page and the forum thread link goes nowhere. this is really a stupid situation. Update your players instead of leaving them in the dark, searching for this thread just to find out you guys don’t want to transfer accounts!

As with what happened with Fortnite, Gaijin would get in trouble with Microsoft/Sony for their use of a 3rd party store
They supposedly have a large backlog of accounts to transfer, I think they just gave up cause console sales are more profitable than thru Gaijin.
If you’re wanting the pre-order bonuses or anything, just buy the pack when it releases, console players get access to the pre-order bonuses for 2 weeks after the pack releases, after that the pack no longer carries them.
This would be true only for the sales and only if Gaijin was selling us stuff behind the backs of the console companies. Which since they arent, and it wouldnt matter once our accounts were transferred.
The console companies cant stop them from transferring our accounts, all of this BS stems literally from Gaijin not fixing what is solely their issue to fix. The claim they dont have the manpower to fix this, but some how they have enough people to make a new game (Aces of Thunder) which will be a direct competitor to War Thunder.
They cleared out the back log late last year.
They are not just losing out on War Thunder sale, but on sales on all of their other games as well. If you play/pay into their other titles like Star Conflict, or Cross Out, on PC you will loose all of your progress and purchases during the transfer. Which means if you dont like throwing your time and money into a trashcan, you dont bother to play the games. And then there’s Enlisted, which you cant even play at all.
