Transfer of Console-Created Accounts Suspended for prolonged period

I have waited and waited yet still am unable to transfer my account after 6 MONTHS since first attempting due to the service being suspended. Please could you give me information of if this will ever open again or give a rough date for it’s reopen.

I think I made it pretty clear that nothing is happening with it since the last summer when we stopped accepting the transfer requests and cleared up any remaining tickets. The system that we had with semi-manual handling of each request is clearly not suited for the number of people asking for transfer. And reenabling it requires some extensive automation we have no manpower to dedicate to right now with so many more urgent tasks. So for the time being it’s in the backlog with ‘maybe some day’ status.
