Couldn’t have been, I am getting Emails from you after I transferred acc
Hey so I got my email asking if I accept the terms on and to contact them to start the process on March 7th. I responded the same day and made sure I complied with everything but I never got a response. Any idea how long until I get a response? Or how long until I can expect my account to be split?
By the sounds of things, that’s it, you gotta wait for them to finish. Should be a couple.kf days. They’ll email you when it’s done I think.
We don’t work on weekends, so sometime this week it should be ready.
To update everyone my account just got transferred. Submitted on 14th of February, agreed on March 7th and account transferred on 12th of March. So all in all took a month. Everything is working fine excepting linking a phone number I think my number is linked to my old account and I am not sure how to unlink it to attach it to the new one. If anyone knows would be of great help.

Hello. Could you check if my friends unlinking proccess is completed? He got the message that the account was frozen yesterday but now it says that his password or username was incorrect, He doesnt get any emails when submitting tickets so is it possible that the completion email disappeared, so could there be a problem with his email? He gets the other gaijin emails but not the Support ones. His username is: [email protected] it safe to change his passoword or should we wait? Thanks in advance!

After years I started my PS4 to PC account transfer (because I want to buy a KA-50 so baaad)! Hope everything works fine!
His transfer was done on Monday. He should request password reset and play.
As an example for people to gauge wait times by:
I raised my ticket on the 17th of Feb, the ticket got assigned on the 19th (the next working day), and I have just now been contacted to start the unlinking process, on the 15th of march. That’s a day shy of 4 weeks wait time for the process to start. I will update when the unlinking is complete. I am very excited.

Like already answered here many times, the process itself takes a couple of days. It’s the number of other users waiting in the line before you (that is still measured in thousands) that makes it unpredictable.
It’s impressive that there’s that many!

Well, this service was put on hold for a year, so we’re working with a massive backlog right now. It should thin out eventually.
