I was banned on April 9th and I created a ticket on February 19th

Maybe I misused the word freeze, not ban to me there’s no difference
I requested on 26th april and still waiting…
made the ticket on the 18th of April 18/04/2024, yesterday the Store Team replied asking me once again if i comply with the terms of transfer, i said yes… 43 days and counting, how much time does it take to get it frozen and how much for a completed transfer? i have 0GE, left squadron on day1, all my remaining premium time is GE bought… my vehicle list is pretty long but should be pretty easy. i did the deeds and was never pushed back to the end of the list. thankfully i posted the ticket well before the service went off again. it should not be in the thousands anymore.

unlinking process has begun, my account is frozen, 43 days request + 3 days since notification. 46 and counting, hopefully it will take max 72 hours to unlink. i have heard of people never receiving a “unlink complete” message/email. when should i start attempting a login/password reset?

I clearly saw that my gaijin pass was banned rather than frozen
When I logged in on the web and in the game, it was frozen
this account just changed name, is this the end of the process? how long did it take for the process to finish since the freeze?
