Nah, they are safe in that regards, we have test from the missile penning +500mm of armour

Don’t use AI. at best it’s slightly wrong half the time and at worst it straight up misinformation.

“Net explosive weight” usually includes propellant, it’s what listed in safety documentation for transporting explosive compounds.
