Feels like it would bump the BR up beyond its 10.0 slot it currently sits at, I’d like it but idk if everyone else would.

No its four. Or also mixed 2 Harm and 2 Komoran anti ship missiles. Mixing Harms into naval strike package just makes alot sense.

I noticed Mig-27 has also ARM loadouts at rather low BRs. So this could actually happen with slight GRB BR bump. Germany has another 10.0 dumb bomber anyways: The WTD testbed Tornado.

(Which should have access to HARM too btw)

Mig-27 got HARMs unlocked at GRB BR of 11.0. Sound like these could get it as well.

Why bring ARMs to anti-shipping flights?

I can see some logic IRL, but in the game??

I have loadouts based on irl images even if it’s not really useful in game I run them, like 4x Pingvin og some AMRAAM,

also would harms be able to target the radars on ships?

In game yes, but its semi effective

If the Radar band match the seeker I dont see a reason why it should not work…

I’d imagine faster HARMs are there to knock off ship radar systems, so the follow up strike with slow Komoran ASMs has higher success rate.

Back when the German Navy still operated jet combat aircraft: Photographed in the early 2000s, an MRCA “Tornado” from Naval Air Wing 2 (MFG 2)—disbanded in 2005—is shown flying past. Under its fuselage, the aircraft is armed with a “Kormoran” anti-ship missile (left) and an AGM-88 HARM anti-radiation missile. The AGM-88 was used to disable the opposing warship’s air-defense radars before the “Kormoran” was deployed.

Or failing that, just act as essentially decoys. Drawing attention away from sea-skimming missiles

In tandem with this, the existing independent radar warning receiver, chaff/flare dispenser, and Cerberus ECM pod were integrated and automated, so providing data directly to the HARMs and ensuring effective countermeasures. The AGM-88B Block IIIB was the HARM adopted by both the West German air force and navy. The navy adopted the Hunter-Killer SEAD (Suppression of Enemy Defences) model used by the USAF Wild Weasels; however their mission was concentrated on the suppression of ship-based surface-to-air radars and missiles. The HARM-carrying ‘Hunter Tornado’ would identify and attack the battery, after which the ‘Killer Tornado’ armed with the Kormoran and/or bombs would attack the vessel. Occasionally, a Tornado would carry both HARM and Kormoran missiles. The SEAD mission was also practised against land-based targets.
