Yeah, I really don’t understand why it hasn’t been added. Even with the claim “its not that good anyway” doesn’t make sense because it would be a simple copy paste considering it has already been modeled completely and it going on 2 years of being in the game.

russia really does not need a new AA, they already have a way too many compared to many other nations
Considering the amount of CAS aircraft that have been added recently along which more longer range munitions regardless of if you think it has to many spaa’s compared to other nations the Tor-m1 is an SPAA System already in game that could easily be added to fill a BR gap, now china has gotten a 2nd more domestic Tor i can’t see any reason the M1 can’t be added to Russia when the OSA strela, shilka and zsu57s are already in other nations.
It’s long overdue at this point, considering multiple AA systems are amongst multiple other nations it no longer makes sense the Tor is locked to china now they’re getting their own tor version.
Same way every other nation besides Soviet Union and China and probably Sweden and Japan and maybe Italy is getting more CAS.

The still hasn’t been planted in its home tree and it’s been three years since Gaijin said it would make an appearance in it, China already has two of them. @Smin1080p_WT is there any explanation for this? Can we please get the TOR-M1 or M2 please.

It’ll only be the M1 if possible because I’m fairly sure the M2 that model’d has the Chinese radar.

There’s alot of other nations in line that need that bracket filled first for sure. Regardless on nation I’d definitely like an AA at each BR step.

There’s absolutely no reason the TOR-M1 or even the M2 can’t be added. They haven’t even given a reason outside it not being added because it preformed very badly, that’s before they buffed it.

Cas main has no idea what he’s talking about. Just doesn’t want a nation to get a new Spaa because the top spaa is apparently too good… Which doesn’t help it at lower BRs

Yeah that argument doesn’t hold up too well in court, it just sounds like what you mentioned above a rage post. These two SAMs are completely different battle ratings and we already know how mediocre the TOR is, so I don’t see the issue.
