I go to 20km away from the map, I stay at mach 1, I climb to an altitude of at least 8000 meters.
After that setup, I then get closer to the battlefield 18 - 19.5km.
I set the targeting pod toward the battlefield, identify a target I want gone, then I do what’s known as an S maneuver with the laser on and T-pod where I want the bomb to be guided [not locked onto a target].
All staying above mach 0.95.

Yes you can and it’s pretty easy, from experience 9M37M can easily lock on countermeasure and it lost the target lock pretty easily, Strela-10M2 can be only effective at around 2km to 3km. It would be better at 9.3 as it was for such bad vehicle.
You seems to care about, as you were complaining about a vehicle (at maximum BR for ground) deserving higher BR when we don’t have a clue about a decompression.
The Strella was only good because at the BR there was not that many guided munitions, and even on planes that had them, the pilots were near brain dead (A-10As.)
Tell me you joking, because this cant be a serious idea, like the IGLA overperforming unlike other missiles at its same BR.

Completely agree, it would be an actual equal to the current SPAA platforms in game and not be the Pantsir with no equals. The TOR should be added strictly due to them saying they would and the novelty of it.
