Honestly imo the current top tier should be moved to ~15.0. that would decompress so much and allow a lot of lower tiers more room to breathe

That would be moving Pantsir to 11.3, where its equals in CAS are.
2S6 and Rolands are fine at their BRs.
Strela is useless, which is the reason why I’ll never intentionally research it.
The only way Pantsir goes up is if ALL CAS from 11.0 onward go up with it along with ITO-90M and TOR-M1 at the least.
It equals are 13.0 lol. 10.3s can do nothing about a Panstir. Also it’s literally impossible to stop a strela locking onto you. You can’t use countermeasures, or clouds, or terrain, or the sun.

10.3s aren’t facing Pantsir period, Pantsir is 11.7, not 10.3 as you imply.
The one time any fragged me was cause I intentionally brought an under-BR’d plane and got close, that was when it was 9.3.

The TOR-M1 should have been added instead of the shitfest that is the pantsir, I guess they could move the pantsir up in the future with higher BR tanks, and place the TOR where the pantsir currently is? No other way to avoid it being DOA.
Never once said it should be 11.3; I stated it’s fine where it is, and ALL ten tech trees need SPAA better than Pantsir.
And I said some of its equals, which includes Tornado IDS which out-ranges Pantsir as well, is at 11.3.
Pantsir’s range is ~13km against jet targets, ~18km against drones and helicopters.
They’d have to give it better missiles.
It already has the most OP missiles of any SPAA in wt, literally able to destroy planes from where they spawn.
The exclusive time I’ve died to Pantsir I flew into it like a drone.
Hundreds of Pantsir missiles have been launched on me, zero have hit outside that drone experience.

is this not the case for any IR spaa though? I compare the strela to other IR spaa’s, and I cannot name any situation where another IR spaa’s missiles would’ve performed better than the strela
