I would consider myself as having done a decent job. However I do agree that that our teams interactions with the chinese community as a whole has not been as much as it should be. We do not have many speakers of your language. It is why I am here now trying to have this discussion. My personal desire for building a better bridge.
I personally also have had issues with the way which bug reports are handled. Many of my most popular posts, particularly before I became a mod, were of my issues with it. However it is important to voice these issues in a civil way. And saying “This is bias against china”, when an issue appears, is not an effective way to do so.

虽然你认为没有对中国有偏见，但是这几年来中国科技树的载具和武备都是受到gaijin有意无意的打压和歧视的，几乎每个版本更新中国载具都是完成度最低的，然后要经历一个版本甚至几年时间来修复bug，然后中国科技树在最先登场的时候甚至没有一个属于自己的版本名称，这么多年，也就去年的飞龙在天版本获得了唯一一次版本号，然后j10的阻力还被凭空抹黑，这些举动无疑对中国玩家造成了巨大伤害

Just like the situation the Chinese tech tree is currently facing: countless submissions of publicly available materials have ultimately been marked as “NAB” , and every time feedback is provided, nothing ever changes. 我不否认其他科技树也遇到这种问题，但是中国是遇到最多的，数不清的bug，数不清的和实际不符合的载具数据，而且在issue区，经常是只要中国科技树载具增强的问题，管理员直接用荒谬的理由给你拒绝掉，但是如果是削弱，甚至不需要资料和理由，前段时间，j10的空重增加的issue就凭空通过了，那个issue甚至没有一点资料来源，这是合理的吗？如果你觉得中国科技树受到的待遇和其他系是一致的，我考研给你慢慢罗列这几年来中国科技树受到的不公正对待，用中国的一个成语来概括叫罄竹难书

我过去曾与技术版主发生过多次争执，甚至因此被禁止提交错误报告。我承认，在很多情况下，他们的处理方式非常不理想。但重要的是要记住，他们和我一样，都是志愿者。没有什么宏伟的计划。他们只是在翻阅堆积如山的报告，经常会错过一些他们理想情况下不会错过的内容。如果你真的想帮助改进这个系统，下次他们在论坛上招聘的时候就申请吧。这些招聘就是我获得这个职位的途径。

I have got into such disagreements with the technical mods in the past as to where i have been suspended from making bug reports. I agree they handle things vastly suboptimally in many cases. However it is important to remember that they are, like me, volunteers. There is no grand scheme. Only people looking through a mountain of reports, who often miss stuff they ideally wouldn’t. If you really want to help change the system for the better apply the next time they’re recruting on the forums. These recruitments are how i got my position.

Creating threads on the forums to compile resources for bug reports is a great way to help if you feel that bug reports have been unfairly denied. I have seen players of other nations do it to mild levels of success.

However, when a massive number of approved issues—such as the problem with the 99A’s internal lining—are systematically ignored year after year, it’s hard not to see this as a bias against Chinese tech tree players).
