It surely won’t be same in war thunder at all. Maps are way too small and name tags still exist. Also it would still be missing larger scan area like the one found on Eurofighter and SU-30 SM2. Don’t forget that it is still being integrated with HMD so i fully expect gaijin to not add HMD if they add (Assuming no active f22 receive HMD before 5th gen are added). If they seriously don’t add HMD to it i would take F35 over it. So inclusion sure it might be best at BVR in game but idk think it would be best at closer range due to lack of HMD
Mostly because of its missiles and avionics suite. Sure slightly less thrust to weight but better wing loading goes a long way in a dogfight as well (better instantaneous I would bet)
And it would be using AMRAAMS. (Assuming AIM-260 won’t be in service by the time 5th gen are added)

It’s lighter with slightly less thrust with more wing area and lower wing loading… doesn’t take a physicist to prolly deduce that it has better instantaneous than the f-22s

public sources say su57 would be around 25 tons loaded(gross)
so thats basically information on its engine and weight
A weaker version of the engine, al41f1s is what the sm2 has and the su57 has al41f1 (no s). Normal one has 500 kgf more thrust.

for comparison, the F35 is limited to 50 degrees
and everything suggests that the F22 can go past that
F-35 would suck even if it wasn’t borked because its mission set isn’t compatible with WT Air RB. Planes that are great in WT ARB are: Very fast, accelerate quickly, have large amounts of missiles, and are very maneuverable. The Rafale, Eurofighter, Su-30SM2 all have varying reserves of these qualities.
F-35 is not: very fast, very maneuverable. It does not carry very many missiles. It’s just going to be plowed into the ground every game.
