So i’ve been having a problem about the Tiger 1 in which I try to lower my ammo count to avoid having this funny little pointy red pills on the front left corner of my hull and I always end with way too little rounds
Can someone tell in which order are the ammoracks filled in? and the exact number of shells to carry to avoid this issue? because it seems this corner fills first than all of the floor level racks
Idk how it works with the Tiger, but I assume the floor fills first. It would be awesome if you could select where your ammo was stored.
It would make the game even less friendly to newer players though

after further testing I can tell that this rack is the second one to be filled and it starts after 6 rounds

I guess you will have to look through trial and error, if there were any ready racks, those fill up first, but I don’t believe that the Tiger I had any
I remember this ammo layout being added a little while back based on a single document about ammo stowage order, and there is no way to not have ammo there unless you take less than 6 rounds. Its also now my main way to reliably one-shot tiger 1’s from the front. My suggestion would be to simply angle the other way.
I load my German heavies in order i expect to be destroyed
Maus 15 AP/5 Smoke/20 75mm he
Tiger 2 14 rounds
Tiger I 15 rounds
JT 10 rounds
Any more rounds and you are asking for trouble ,especially with amount of rats driving/flying around

That still exists? bookmarking now! The amount of really useful info that’s on there that got left out of the new wiki is criminal, I thought it was gone.
Yeah. The new wiki is close to being useless. I stopped using it long ago.
